Use the ICE Comment website to report shopping disasters or shopping pleasures.  DFMWR is eager to please its customers and make services helpful and enjoyable.

Help out the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation now by judging service you get from our facilities by using an evaluation on the ICE website. ICE stands for Interactive Customer Evaluation and each comment is reviewed and sent to the appropriate activity for feedback and correction.  Click here to send an ice comment .

What is a Mystery Shopper?
DFMWR Mystery Shoppers are recruited from various groups of authorized patrons (active duty/retired military personnel, family members and DoD civilians). DFMWR Mystery Shoppers are volunteers, but are eligible for levels of rewards and recognition based on the number of shops they complete. Shoppers want to help DFMWR deliver the best customer service and programs possible. They also help us recognize those DFMWR employees who deliver great customer service and may otherwise go unnoticed.
