All Lake Tholocco Lodging is available to Eligible Patrons on a first come first served basis, with no Priority of Patron policy in place.
Eligible Patrons are Military or DOD Civilian, active or retired. Lodging is open to the general public only by sponsorship of an Eligible Patron.
Lodging is primarily for recreational use only, and official use is discouraged, however official use lodging will be allowed if vacancy is available, and length of stay falls within the maximum stay guidelines. A transient guest relationship exists and occupants do not have the same rights as a tenant/landlord relationship. Guests must be 18 years or older to register.

Cash Check (10 Day hold on all checks, no refunds available until check clears the bank)
