Before School 5:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. After School 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Summer & School Out Days, 5:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

School Age Center (SAC) provides childcare before and/or after school for children ages 6-10 in grades 1st – 5th. Full-day care is provided during school vacation periods. The SAC program is certified by the Department of Defense and accredited by the Council of Accreditation (COA). The framework for our SAC curriculum is based on the following four service areas: Sports, Fitness, and Health; Life Skills, Citizenship, and Leadership; Arts, Recreation, and Leisure; and Mentoring, Education, and Support Services. Occasional users may use the program five hours a week.

Open Recreation is available for Child, Youth & School Services members age 6-10 in grades 1st – 5th every 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Skate night is every 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. Safety Skate is for children who are learning the basics (Parents cannot leave their children unattended for safety skate). The cost is $2.00 from 6:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. Regular Skate is for youth who are more experienced. The cost is $5.00 from 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

To participate in School-age Center programs/activities, your child must be registered with Child, Youth & School Services and meet all CYSS requirements.

What will SAC provide my children? 

  • Transportation to and from Enterprise Elementary Schools and some Ozark City Schools on a space available basis. (Please contact the School Liaison Officer at 334-255-9812 for sign-up.)
  • Programmed activities after school
  • Homework Center & Computer Lab access
  • USDA approved snacks & meals
  • 4-H Clubs, 5th grade club and Power Hour
